Liverpool Street Escalator

Heard a Big Bang coming through the barriers this morning, and on of the escalators was all mangled up.
Anyone see what happened?

They were fine when i WALKED up the stairs at 8.05am. i'm fit as fuck me.

Ron - few years ago when I used to come in through Fenchurch St, two blokes there did the same thing rushing for a barrier - ran into each other and got arsey about it.
Once through the barrier they squared up to each other, but instead of throwing punches they just kept chest bumping each other while shouting "come on then" - it was utterly ridiculous, I think the people around them laughing at made it worse

I saw a fight nearly break out at the bottom of the stairs once when I was younger. Basically two people in a rush collided and decided they wanted to punch each other for it.
So after pushing and shouting they agreed to fight....outside..... and go up the escalators.... so both of them are slowly going up the stairs but still shouting at each other...and by the time they got to the top they agreed they'd rather go work.
Fucking hilarious, probably not that funny by text if you have no imagination.

Probably not related but Volley was using that escalator this morning.
